Well, I've manage to up my average today.
I'm now doing 11.1 miles average which is in the right direction. Must try harder. I will get there as my strength in my legs return.
I've started to do Tai Chi as well each Thursday which I didn't realise was going to be much harder than cycling! My legs are killing me, the muscles screaming! And that is just from standing still! 200 miles suddenly seems a doodle.
Seriously, I feel much better and much more alert after this cycling lark. I don't feel so sluggish. Imagine what I'll be like in the summer after all this training. I'll have my Dad's whippet legs!
